Eastland's Neil Sandison and Sue Roodhouse came across loads of Ikea catalogues just thrown down and left blowing around Green & Fairway Court along with furniture that had been left outside.
The Rugby Borough Council strap line is Clean, Green & Safe - It does not look like the clean bit matters in this part of Rugby! Your local Borough Councillors have reported this to the Council for action to be taken.
