Well not exactly … but archaeologists have been putting in test trenches at the behest of David Wilson Homes as the developer tries to strengthen his case for planning application R13/2102 - see http://rugby.lib.dm/a2MJp . These days archaeologists take slightly longer than "just three days" to complete their report but we believe that the findings were less interesting than those for the Ridgeway Farm excavations.
