Rugby Green Rangers will rise like the Phoenix vows Sandison

Speaking after Rugby's conservative cabinet moved to squash the Rugby Green Rangers Cllr Neil Sandison (Lib Dem, Eastlands) said the project had now been moved to Sustainable Rugby.

We hope that Sustainable Rugby will provide better nurturing than Rugby's Tories - not a high threshold to beat.
