Rugby Conservatives lose another councillor

The Rugby Advertiser is reporting that Rugby Conservatives have lost another member from their group. It would appear that Cllr Jim Buckley is no longer eligible to take the Conservative whip. In recent years the conservative group has lost Cllr Howard Roberts (Dunchurch) and Cllr David Ellis (Wolston and the Lawfords).
