Return of the railings

Warwickshire county council has now restored some of the railings around Rugby's gyratory. Much money would have been saved if the tory-led county council had first consulted local residents on their plans to remove the railings and just left them in place. The tories were forced to backtrack after a community outcry - see http://rugby.lib.dm/a7VlP .
