Rugby is entering one of the biggest changes in local government for a generation.

In 2027, elections will be held for the new Shadow Unitary Council, which will shape the future of local services across our area before the new authority officially takes over.

There may also be elections for a new Rugby Town Council, giving our town a stronger local voice and greater control over community assets, parks and local priorities.

The Rugby Liberal Democrats are looking for local people who care about our communities and want to make a real difference.

You don't need to be a career politician. We are looking for people from all walks of life who:
