Bilton Byelection: Conservatives cling on despite 10% swing to the Liberal Democrats

Yesterday in the Bilton Ward byelection the Liberal Democrats secured a 10% swing from the Conservatives. Despite this the conservatives held onto the ward and Julie A'Barrow now joins her sister on Rugby Borough Council.
