Bellway Homes apply for former Lower Hillmorton College Site

A developer has now come forward with detailed plans and is proposing 131 new homes along with an Extra Care Learning Disabilty residential unit. The proposed development does largely reflect the original Outline Permission.

The current application largely deals with landscaping, issues like surface water run off, trees, building materials and environmental impact. We shall be seeking to make sure that Highway matters along with tree preservation are dealt with. After some years of dereliction it is about time we had a good quality scheme for the area.
