Back Our Campaign for Longer Weekend Opening Hours at Hunters Lane
Hunters Lane Household Waste & Recycling Centre is one of the busiest sites in Warwickshire.
Although the booking system has helped manage traffic, weekend appointments are often in high demand. Many residents tell us they struggle to book convenient times.
That's why Rugby Liberal Democrats are calling on Warwickshire County Council to provide additional opening hours at weekends.
Extending weekend hours would:
- Increase appointment availability.
- Reduce pressure on the busiest days.
- Improve the customer experience.
- Help reduce illegal dumping by making disposal easier.
