At Long Last - Speaking Allowed at Planning Committee

After a long campaign led by the Liberal Democrats speaking at Planning Committee will be allowed. Rugby is one of the last Councils to adopt such a process that allows local objectors to speak. We give below links to Council documents that give an explanation and a registration form.
